I'm a Product Designer with 5+ years of experience designing for moments where trust, clarity, and usability matter most, whether that's a consumer booking a trip, a support team relying on internal tools, or a practitioner navigating professional software. I've led consumer-facing growth design at Super.com, built self-service and internal tooling at Priceline, and designed practitioner-facing tools at Neurofit. I work end-to-end, talk to users, and ship work that moves numbers.

Impact: 17.5% lower call volume and $1.3M saved in operational costs.

Impact: 12% faster handle time, 13.2% better first-call resolution, +6.75 CSAT points, and $4M projected savings.

Hotel Card Redesign

Redesigned the hotel card experience, the entry point for 80% of user traffic, to improve pricing clarity, trust signals, and booking confidence.
